Technical

Upon arrival the Team leader must come to the TIC at the stadium in Olomouc to pick up accreditation cards for their team. We kindly ask all team members to have their own accreditation card at all times.

Training will be possible at the stadium, indoors hall, throwing meadow and gym freely at the non-competition days. We ask for mutual respect.

Implements storage will be in the locked facility at the stadium. The operation of the storage (pick up/drop off) during the whole week will be secured.

The Technical Meeting will be organized on Wednesday, July 2, time to be specified. Attendance of each team representative is obligatory.

The Technical Information Center (TIC) will be open from 8AM to 8PM on competition days.

Team Leaders WhatsApp group will be created and used for quick communication.

MEDICAL

The organizers will provide on-site medical emergency care and may provide physiotherapy service for accredited athletes.

All participating NPCs are responsible for accident and travel insurance of all members of their team delegation in regards to their stay in the Czech Republic and also in regards to the sport activity of the athletes.

Any costs for extra medical care must by paid by the patient or teams themselves. Therefore, teams are strongly advised to ensure sufficient insurance coverage.

Medical treatments are available at the nearby city hospital at extra cost.
